Peruutusehdot
Muistathan esteen sattuessa siirtää tai peruuttaa aikasi viimeistään 48 tuntia ennen varatun hoidon alkua.
Ajan voit siirtää tai peruuttaa sähköpostiisi tulleen varausvahvistuksen linkin kautta vain kerran tai sähköpostitse: tiina.wasawellness@gmail.com tai tekstiviestillä: 040 354 1611. Peruutukset vahvistetaan aina paluu viestillä sen vastaanottamisesta.
Huom, peruutuksia EI voi tehdä automaattisiin ajanvarausjärjestelmän lähettämiin sähköposteihin joita ovat varausvahvistus ja varausmuistutus, ne tulevat osoitteesta noreply(at)slotti.fi, niihin ei voi vastata.
- Hoidot: Jos peruutus tehdään alle 48 tuntia ennen hoidon alkamista tai asiakas ei saavu paikalle, veloitamme 100 % varatun hoidon hinnasta. Myös varaukseen käytetyt lahjakortit katsotaan tällöin käytetyiksi.
- Avoimet sointukylpytunnit: Sointukylpytunteja koskee poikkeuksellisesti 24 tunnin peruutusaika. Jos peruutus tehdään alle 24 tuntia ennen tunnin alkua tai asiakas ei saavu paikalle, veloitetaan täysi hinta (tai sarja-/lahjakortti katsotaan käytetyksi).
Yksityiset varaukset sointukylpyyn; yksityistilaisuudet ja yritykset, varaukset peruttava viimeistään viikkoa ennen varattua ajankohtaa, jos peruutus tulee myöhemmin veloitetaan siitä 50% sovitun tilaisuuden hinnasta.
Hoitoosi olen varannut hyvin aikaa, jotta voimme rauhassa jutella ja käydä läpi kotihoito-ohjeet, toivon suuresti että arvostat myös minun aikaani ja tulet hyvissä ajoin paikalle varaamasi hoitoon tai ilmoitat peruutuksesta mahdollisimman nopeasti.
Varatessasi ajan sitoudut yllä mainittuihin peruutusehtoihin.
Kaikki hoitohinnaston hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron. Pidätämme oikeudet hinnaston tietojen muutoksiin.
Sähköinen ajanvaraus
- Kaikista slottissa tehdyistä varauksista tulee varausvahvistus sähköpostiin, lähettäjänä on slotti. (katso myös roskapostikansio).
- Tarkistathan että varaamasi aika ja pvm on oikein. Jos et saa varausvahvistusta laisinkaan, otathan yhteyttä viestitse, niin tarkistetaan että varaus on saapunut ja että sähköposti on oikein kirjoitettu varaukseen.
- Vuorokautta ennen varaamasi aikaa, saat sähköpostiin automaattisen varausmuistutuksen.
- Jos olet epävarma varaamasi hoidon ajankohdasta etkä löydä varausvahvistustasi, niin olethan yhteydessä viestitse/sähköpostitse hyvissä ajoin niin tarkistetaan aikasi.
- Jos halaut varausmuistutuksen mieluummin myös viestitse, niin sovi siitä erikseen kanssani.
Yhteinen vastuumme ja hoidon soveltuvuus
Minulle on tärkeää, että hoitoni ovat sinulle täysin turvallisia. Siksi on hyvä tietää, että tarjoamani reiki- ja äänimaljahoidot on tarkoitettu rentoutumisen ja hyvinvoinnin tueksi, eivätkä ne sovellu henkilöille, joilla on vakavia mielenterveyshäiriöitä tai psykoottista oireilua. Hoitoon hakeutuessasi sitoudut kertomaan minulle avoimesti ja totuudenmukaisesti fyysisestä ja psyykkisestä terveydentilastasi, jotta voimme varmistaa hoidon sopivuuden. Muistathan myös, että palveluni ja tuotteeni eivät korvaa lääkärin tutkimuksia, diagnooseja, lääkityksiä tai muita virallisia sairaudenhoitoja.
OSALLISTUMISEHDOT
Osallistumalla sointukylpytunneille hyväksyt seuraavat ehdot:
- Oma vastuu: Osallistut tunnille täysin omalla vastuullasi. Järjestäjä tai ohjaaja ei ole vastuussa mahdollisista loukkaantumisista tai tapaturmista.
- Omaisuus: Järjestäjä ei vastaa studion tiloihin jätetyistä tai kadonneista tavaroista tai muusta henkilökohtaisesta omaisuudesta.
- Muutokset ja peruutukset (Force Majeure): Järjestäjä pidättää oikeuden muuttaa aikatauluja, vaihtaa ohjaajaa tai peruuttaa tunnin ylivoimaisen esteen sattuessa (esim. ohjaajan sairastuminen, sähkökatko tai viranomaismääräykset). Peruutuksista ilmoitetaan mahdollisimman pian.
*Kerrothan ohjaajalle aina ennen tunnin alkua, jos olet raskaana tai sinulla on loukkaantumisia, jotka ohjaajan on hyvä tietää.

Cancellation terms
Please remember to reschedule or cancel your appointment no later than 48 hours before the start of your booked treatment. You can reschedule or cancel via the booking confirmation link only once, which is sent to your email box or by text message directly to me. You will always receive a confirmation message once your cancellation has been processed.
- Treatments: If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled treatment, or if the client fails to arrive (no-show), 100% of the treatment price will be charged. Any gift cards used for the booking will also be considered used.
- Open Sound Bath Classes: Please note that a 24-hour cancellation policy applies to sound bath classes. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the class starts, or if the client fails to arrive, the full price will be charged (or the class pass/gift card will be considered used).
Private reservations for the Sound bath; private events and companies, reservations must be canceled no later than a week before the booked time, if the cancellation is later, 50% of the price of the agreed event will be charged.
I have set plenty of time for your treatment so that we can talk and go over the home care instructions, I really hope that you value my time as well and come to the treatment you have booked in time or notify me of the cancellation as soon as possible.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the cancellation conditions mentioned above.
All prices in the treatment price list include VAT. We reserve the right to change the information in the price list.
Online booking
- All reservations made at the slotti will receive a booking confirmation by email, sent by the slotti. (see also spam folder).
- Please check that the time and date you reserved are correct. If you do not receive a booking confirmation at all, please contact us by message, and we will check that the booking has arrived and that the email has been entered correctly in the booking.
- One day before the time you booked, you will receive a booking reminder by email.
- If you are unsure about the time of the treatment you have booked and you cannot find your booking confirmation, please contact us by message/email in good time so that we can check your time.
- If you prefer to receive a booking reminder via text message as well, please agree on that separately with me.
Shared Responsibility and Treatment Suitability
Your safety is important to me. That's why it's good to know that the reiki and sound bowl treatments I offer are intended to support relaxation and wellbeing, and are not suitable for individuals with serious mental health disorders or psychotic symptoms. By booking a treatment, you agree to inform me openly and honestly about your physical and psychological health, so we can ensure the treatment is suitable for you. Please also remember that my services and products do not replace medical examinations, diagnoses, medications, or other official medical treatment.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
By participating in the sound bath sessions, you accept the following terms:
- Personal responsibility: You take part in the session entirely at your own risk. The organizer or instructor is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
- Belongings: The organizer is not responsible for items left in the studio, or for any lost or personal belongings.
- Changes and cancellations (Force Majeure): The organizer reserves the right to change schedules, replace the instructor, or cancel a session due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., instructor illness, power outage, or authority regulations). Cancellations will be communicated as soon as possible.
*Please always inform the instructor before the session begins if you are pregnant or have any injuries the instructor should be aware of.
